Pesto is an extremely versatile food. The most popular use is as a sauce with pasta. We like to add pesto to white meats like chicken, turkey and pork. Santini pestos can be spread on crackers and bread cubes as an appetizer. Pesto also makes a flavorful dip for snack chips. If you’re tired of the same old sandwiches at lunchtime, replace your mayonnaise and mustard with one on our pestos. With Santini pestos, in no time at all you’re foods will be speaking Italian! Santini offers four pestos:

  • Basil Pesto - made according to a classic formula originally created in the Northern Italian Province of Liguria.
  • Artichoke Pesto - made with fresh artichokes accented with basil and garlic.
  • Sun Dried Tomato Pesto - rich in the special flavor of sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Black Olive Pesto - savory Italian olives provide a robust taste profile.
