Santini has been co-manufacturing chocolate and caramel syrups for several international known companies since 1999.

Our extensive experience in the manufacturing processes required of syrup and sauce products enables us to meets the varied needs of our customers. Santini currently produces 44 separate formulas of chocolate and caramel syrups and sauces.

Our stable of syrups and sauces include: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, caramel, sugar free chocolate and caramel, semi sweet chocolate, Chai tea concentrate, latte & cappuccino bases, and Dulce de Leche.


We have the capability to manufacture syrups in a wide range of plastic bottle sizes:
Retail size ranging from 14.5 to 24 ounces Foodservice size bottles range from 64 to 128 fl oz

Our processing and packaging equipment is upgraded annually. We feature a state-of-the-art Fuji full body, film sleeve applicator to maximize the shelf impact of our customer’s products.

Santini has a Research and Development capability to help fine tune the syrup and sauce formulas of our customers. We have the ability to test formulations on a small scale basis prior to full production runs.
